One thing to note is that when you proceed to forcing the firmware update, you need to be sure to point it at the correct file. While the tutorial may list v25, there may be a chance that will need to be edited to match what is in your folder (go to the folder listed when you changed directory).
The Logitech Software will malfunction. Therefore, the method I linked works and prevents that from happending.
But I tried contacting them about this - its the third day since they havent replied
I also tried the hardware reset button several times, with no luck. I tried forcing it with v25, which didnt work, but v27 led me to a firmware update page - where itt asked me to plug in my headset(even though it was)
Im honestly really pissed at their customer service too. I guess Ill just invest in a new headset, thanks for trying though, it means a lot!
My G933 also bricked during software update. Trying to find the solution.
