PDP Camo driver not being downloaded

Hello everyone, I just got this Xone controller : http://pdp.com/en/controller-camo-wired-controller-for-xbox-one-pc

When I plug it in, Windows detects it but I get a message saying "The drivers has not been installed properly" and there's a little ! next to it in the Devices Manager.

I tried updating the driver through the device manager but no luck.

Which OS do you have?
Do check for updates via Windows Updates.

All USB devices require a driver else the OS has no idea how to interpret the hid packets.

To the OP, run windows update with the controller connected. If you have ever run DDU or something for your GPU drivers then Windows automatic update may be disabled as when you plug in an xbox controller windows should download and install the driver automatically.
