Deleted NVXDSYNC.EXE and now no nV Control Panel!

What's going on with all these modern additional "spyware" dependencies, that when you remove them they will take some essential component down with them to, seemingly, punish non-conformity?

I call it "spyware" as it has glaringly obvious pointers:-

#1) I cannot find a genuine description of what it reputedly does.
#2) It installed and runs stealthily, with no user notification.
#3) It has "user experience" as a descriptor.
#4) It has "sync" in its file title.
#5) It was not needed to run Control Panel previously.

I want nothing of the sort on my machines, so why has it been barnacled onto Control Panel so that this essential tool fails to run when it is not present?

I'm getting truly sick of of this insidious snooping.

That file has been around for years, since at least 2010 if my memory recalls correctly. It's part of the nvidia helper service iirc. There is no need to be scared.

Not on my machines it hasn't.
I'm not scared of anything - except failure.
I took a correctly cautious path of action in these troubled online times.
So...
just tell me what it's for, so I can then follow up with some targeted research of my own before making an evaluated decision.
Your answer is like so many others I just now skipped through in the nV forum and, like you, not one promoter offered any OP an explanation as to what it is.
Why could I once use Control Panel without it, and now that it cannot be invoked alongside Control Panel, will it not allow Control Panel to open?
Control Panel hasn't changed much.
I only ever install the driver and PhysX as my computing setups are all traditional.

You can just google files you don't understand; Service names, EXE or DLL filenames.

Just DDU out the NVIDIA Drivers via safe mode option from DDU Application; then once done, reboot and reinstall latest NVIDIA GPU Driver Suite.

What decision have? First turn off the process from Task Manager, it is time to settle down on. But the situation will be resolved. Once you have cut down the process, NVIDIA panel refuses to run and can fail context menu.

In general, any output correct? It is necessary to first set up all in the NVIDIA control panel, as you need, and then disable the service NVIDIA Driver Helper Service and Dynamic Tiling Description, are all those services without which a computer can operate normally. If anything, they can then turn back.
