- Make sure the cooler is making proper contact with the CPU heatspreader.
- Make sure you have the AIO connected to power (usually via SATA power) and that the pump is running.

Its making contact because I checked and it squashes the thermal paste around so it's connected, the light turns on the cooler and the fans are working from the radiator

The pump is more important than the fans. Make sure it is running.

What AIO do you have exactly?

Disconnect the PC from power and only have the pump connected to the PSU. Then short circuit the green wire with any of the black wires on the 24pin using a paper clip or something else made of metal. Do all this while the PSU is disconnected from power of course. Then connect the PSU to power and it will turn on. Listen if you can hear the pump running or if it is making any strange noises.

I've noticed I had didn't have the AIO pump wire in the correct socket and the pump that has the USB 2.0 that was plugged in the auto pump socket but didn't turn on pc yet gonna see if that was the problem

I've the H100i v2

Yeah it sounds like the pump not working, either not plugged in or dead. Although i doubt it would even boot if the pump was not plugged in, but im not sure.

When I boot up it shows cpu fan error detected so I can't boot in windows, it was working yesterday as soon as I replace mobo it says there's an error I just don't understand

Connect the fans of the radiator to the CPU_FAN header.

And in bios the cpu temp keeps climbing up

What is the exact error?

If the pump has a fan header connect it to a dedicated pump header or CPU_OPT.

The pump may be dead.

When I turn on pc the exact error is
Cpu fan speed error detected
Ensure that the cpu fan is properly installed on the cpu fan header or ajust/disable the fan speed low limit option the UEFI BIOS

It's connected to the cpu opt

Everything is connected where it should be, but how could of it die of that is the case
