Keyboard freezes

I dont know why this is happening but whenever i lag or fps out, the keyboard gets stuck to a button and freezes or simply i cant press anything for a few seconds until it lets me in the end. my mouse works tho.

Yeah happens to me as well, I am using a wireless keyboard and mouse, nothing has fixed it.

Using Logitech K330 on a windows 10 Dell Laptop, keyboard works fine outside of steam, randomly freezes inside steam. Wireless mouse remains unaffected, both are connected to a unifying receiver. Any updates on this issue?
