HELP! My noctua nh d-15 can't be mounted

I went to their site and my mb compatibility with the cpu cooler was ok.Btw I have the asus strix z270f

Follow the instructions in the manual. The cooler will fit.

I tried,but the I can't even screw the screw

when I use the screwdriver and when I screw them they don't even do anything.They don't even touch each other.

Do not fully screw down one screw when securing the cooler. Thighten them all a little bit in a star patern.

take the brackets off and look in the box for the otehr brackets. try to screw them off the processor, also some brackets have the u inwards sometimes

Are you sure the mounting spikes arent supposed to be curved in instead of out? I havent touched mine in ages and think they were curved in for me but i might be wrong. I could do with reaplying paste so i'll probably get another look at it soon enough. I found the D15 to be one of the best and easiest mounters i've seen yet. Thats why i'm thinking you might have the mount spikes in the wrong position.

Its not that hard.. it will fit just follow the instructions in the manual. You are clearly doing something wrong.

Oh and btw I fixed it just the plate wasnt installed correctly and it didn't stand well so I fixed it now thnx for the help guys
