I've tried putting the ram both ways in each slot and pressing down on both sides of the ram and it won't click or fit into my motherboard it's ddr4 and 2133 like my motherboard needs but it won't click wtf

Moved to Hardware section.

But as far as I can tell that RAM stick should fit into the motherboard unless they typed in the wrong type of RAM it supports.

It may be that you are not applying enough pressure to the RAM stick, apply balanced pressure on both sides of the stick. If the motherboard supports 288 pin modules, it should click in.
maybe you are holding it wrong... check the notch of ddr4 module

Turn it upside down and make sure the notch in the ram lines up with the notch in the slot. If they don't line up then you've got the wrong ram.

Jic it's your first time, the end's of the slots open out to allow the ram to fit.

Guys It like it will fit into the slot but when I push it down it's just wobbly and stuff like I'm not doing anything wrong and I'm pushing hard on both sides

Push the two clips at either end of the slot outwards (away from the slot)

Then place the ram in the slot and push directly down. This should push down on the clips and they should snap back into the lock position.

There's should definetly be *clicking* when the new ram locks into place on a new mobo.

Sounds like you've done this before. Are the locks moving at all when you apply pressure to insert the ram? Maybe they're very-very stiff on the new motherboard.
maybe the lock are not pointing outwards?

can the OP post an imgur link of the problem?

Provided the two clips at either end of the slot are outwards (open).

I've always found a rocking motion works better than a straight push.

Either way, it can take quite a bit of force.

Make sure the RAM lines up, there is only one direction you can put it in without getting stopped by the tab.

Make sure to line up the notch in the slot, it's not hard to do, and doesn't take a train monkey to do it, sorry if I was rude, but someone has to be clear and point out how simple it is to do.

If you still can't do it, have a complate stranger to do it for you...

this is my first time building a computer

also the notch doesnt match up with the ram slots for some reason

the notch on my motherboard is in the middle while the notch on my stick of ram is a litle between the middle and the side

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/kGcMnQ/msi-motherboard-b150mmortar theres my motherboard and it shows the notches in the middle of it

this is the ram http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820104673&cm_re=ddr4_2133-_-20-104-673-_-Product it doesnt match up in the picture and me being a dumbass thinking all ram would fit as long as its ddr4 ram for a ddr4 motherboard that takes 2133mhz that it would fit

so should i order this instead and just buy new ram http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231882&cm_re=ddr4_2133-_-20-231-882-_-Product

That's clearly not locked down, and possibly backwards. Take a picture of the labeling to make sure it's actually DDR4.
All I can say is I cringe when I see you trying to wobble the modules in there. I usually apply ample pressure (you'd be suprised at how much force it takes) at the far end of each module (near the brackets) till you hear a brisk snap... and then pray it wasn't the mobo.
.
Your mobo is definetely DDR4, so it could either be mislabeled sticks (could happen seeing all HyperX's have got the exact same shroud), but I venture a guess you simply didn't press down hard enough on the initial install... worth a shot before you throw more dosh out the window :D
