The point of achievements is to give game dev a way to reward players for there work telling them well done you did something really hard and beat it
That is what you get you don't need anything else if you do and you get awesome but that is not needed really (on mobile sorry for typos)
If you don't feel motivated to get certain achievements, then don't get them. You're okay with not finishing every game on the planet, right? Some of them you don't like, and that's just fine, right? Achievements are no different. Like games, they're things you can do if you want to, and not do if you don't.
If you want some way to compare yourself to others by score, some kind of contest that's actually fair and thus meaningful...maybe try one of the thousands of games available on Steam.
