Allow Html + BB code in Steam Workshop

Allow us to format our workshop files with HTML code and BB code. I feel it will make the discriptions a little nicer and alow for more to be done and added.

I know it doesn't allow HTML, but I could have sworn it use BB code. I remember a few listings with the large, blue text and some bold and underlined parts.

It uses BBCode, but not to full extent. (It doesn't allow to embed vids of pics)
There's a list of the avaiable BBCode tags on the "Format Help" button.

HTML code is out of the question, as it would probably pose a security threat down the road. And we have already enough scammers and phishers running wild over here.

HTML could be useful if it was cleaned, as in only certain tags allowed.

And that's what BBcode is used for. It's just a markup language used where HTML is not
