Badges for completing all achievements.
Lets say that I finally, after an immense amount of hours, finally completed all the achievements for Skyrim. I'd really like something that I can show off for all of my hard work. I think that there should be Steam Badges for getting 100% of achievements in a game. Not only would this reward completionists, but it would also give the Achievements on steam some sort of purpose

xp is nice but even 0 xp is fine

There is a showcase... completely dedicated to achievements...
It says the exact amount of achievements you have + the percentage over all your achievement games (with at least one achievment unlocked) + the total amount of 100% games...

Sooo... why exactly would you need more than a complete showcase only dedicated to achievements? I mean you even say 0XP would be ok so basically this showcase is EXACTLY what you want

Don't get me wrong but when you are at the point where you care about a badge for achievement flexings then you probably will be way beyond level 10 already which therefore allows you to use said showcase

yes but see me i have a art showcase for custom profile and badge collection only 2 show case i there were a badge i could've use but if i wan to show my 100 percent achievement i would have to loose my badge show case what i don't want and steam lvl up gets more and more costly each 10 lvl so a badge would have been nice and i believe 100 percent achievement completion of game in steam is kind of a steam achievement

Yeah and the next thing when Valve introduces a bagde for every little thing you do on Steam is the users requesting to get more capacity for their badge showcase...

No matter what you do it will always be wrong at least for someone so yeah I would say the way it is currently it is fine and there is no need for another badge
Afro-Ninja 14 lipca 2020 o 0:07
Well valve did made badges u could buy to show how much money u have spent on steam so why not this where usually people work hard in game
Sazzouu 14 lipca 2020 o 0:12
And people were yelling that this badge does not dynamically show how many games you have (besides when you get on the badge page) so Valve intorduced the game collectors showcase that dynamically shows exact numbers of how many games and how many DLCs you have which is way more usefull than this non-dynamic badge that only shows a range you are currently in

So why would you want something worse than you already have to show off?

Which is essentially not the case. I have seen poeple doing NOTHING but playing Dota or CS:GO and they have spent about 5 times as much as I did already.

As well as even with only one game and its DLCs you could spent about 5000€ - Train Simulator
So yeah this badge shows exactly nothing

I was going to post something like this, but I think it should just be an activity feed item. Maybe put a gold border around it so we can be super cool. :B1:

Yes YOU definitely need to have special pixels to proudly display how much pixel time you put in. Maybe a wall of pixels to honor those who have shouldered the real responsibility of pixel loyalty.

You don't have to take everything so seriously. Some people just like to be completionists and that's fun for them. If you don't like it there's a feed filter.
This was a bad idea all the way back in 2013 when it was posted. You already get something for getting 100% and that is a sense of accomplishment from getting them all and showing them off to your friends.

Unless SAM is dealt with and achievements are server side don't expect much to ever happen with achievements.
