hello steam i have an idea that i think would work very much well for you me and the steam community its a program that will send gift to those who enroll. the thing is i will need help making this possable as in order for it to work it would need to run alongside the steam market. please note i will be the one sending the gifts to people and do not require any thing. i am also able to make a program close to what i am hoping to achive (just need it to run along side steam market)

i know its very vague but i just want to know if its achievable for now if not i would look for an other way around it but i think this will help us both out as i would not need to market it due to steam being bigg and steam will get profit from what is purchaest

there is more to it but i would just like to see if its possible to do this
