Steam PoD Gifting Idea

I recently bought a game that came with more then one copy, I might not be able to give away all the copies that I own. Now paying for multipule copies should come with its benifits. Maybe a Pay on Delivery system with some left over games might be a good idea to clean up the spare gift collections.
