Remember, a game's developer/publisher or a movie's Studio, has to decide if they want to add it to Steam. It is not Steam/Valve's decision to make. There is also no guarantee that the developer/publisher will read this thread or act on it.

It is recommended that you contact the developer/publisher or a movie's Studio of the game/movie directly (by email or through their own forums) to increase the likely hood of that they will see it and know what their customers want.

Valve has decided to no longer carry general movies/videos on Steam.

It isn't up to Valve. It is up to the publishers and developers of those games. Both of those games were on Steam and they were delisted.

I finished the first HAWX. last mission was a bit disappointing. It was just you by yourself and Adrian DeWinter was in his aircraft you have to fly through the canal to catch up with him in his aircraft and take him out. Then a cuscene i think
