Adding option for a "Team Avatar/Logo" in CS GO

Maybe it is possible to implement an option for choosing a Team Logo / Avatar in CSGO.
I for myself recognize friends in the friend list not only by name. I look although for the Avatar.
When i join a clan in CSGO i would like to change my avatar to their Logo if they have one and using it. But i have to change it in my profile and... you know what i mean. Why not make an option point like chose team / Group Logo like you can already do with the Group / Team name?
