Achievements are up to the developer to implement. If they haven't put them into their game, there's nothing Valve can do about that.

I think they mean Achievements, not the actual games.
All those games have achievements, aka Steamwroks integration
All of them are Unity games, with achievements
Then party time.
It's all dependant on if the dev's of the games want all of their features on Steam.
