Turn on/off noise reduction
I don't like noise reduction because my mic doesn't need it, and especially because it makes every sound/voice bad.
I already disabled noise reduction on Realtek and windows, but steam still applies it and I can't disable it.

My suggestion : Add a "Noise Reduction" option, that can be disabled.
or
Remove Noise Reduction on steam, as windows already provide it. (idk for mac/linux)

I clearly hear a difference between my sound without steam and my sound when I click "test microphone" on steam, and i'm sure it's noise reduction

You moved the Receive and send volume on Steam Voice sittings to max?

Yeap, i tried to move them but still i hear noise reduction and don't like this :/
One way to spot noise reduction is to play music directly with a cable :
- No sound loss = No noise reduction
- Weird, detuned, sound loss = Noise reduction
