Add menu/key words to Discussions search

First thanks Valve for adding the Search in, and so on to the Search in Discussions

second i like to suggest to maybe add a more advance search terms (include, dose not include, in fourm X, created by.....)
And allow the use of them or from a menu, or keywords (that can maybe be seen in guide like the Formatting help) or maybe both?

What you guys think? what other terms can help? is these a good or a bad idea?

It'd be nice, but I'd rather have them as part of an "advanced search feature", so as to not overwhelm the person who just want to search without fine-tuning.

Otherwise, I'd agree to it.

I really do wish the search option supported quotational marks, or the asterix (wild card -search.)

(The former is for exact wording; the latter is for filling blanks.)

It dose not have to be overwhelming when i say menu i mean something you open, not that is just there, and the formatting thing is something you do not see, but you have a link to see what there is there (Like google have now.. it looks simple but if you know the keys you can make it very powerful)
