Client port number in settings
We are 3 active players in this family with diffrent accounts ofcourse and around 50+ games on each client. The lack of design in the Steam client to play multiple clients in same LAN is really bad.

We should be able to enter / modify each uniqe client port number in the Steam client's own interface under "Homestreaming" tab to set up clients easy and optimize ports and streaming.

This is to make it easier and players will not have to enter the starting instructions on all of their games. A client can have lots of games and you can forget to change this as instructed on:
https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=6370-QPHJ-3567&l=english

It had simplified immensely to change from the default value (27005) only one time during the settings for each client.

If this function cound be automatic solved it would of cource be best for LAN setups but that its today even isent a setting is just to bad.

Hope this can be arranged in future updates.

We have around 6 Gb/sec upload speed. Now with CSGO and similar that upload aloth it gets laggy. I searched for optimisation and found the "restrict bandwith" that helped some.

Then I found the enclosed link with the statement "The default clientport is 27005 and you can only have one game with that port active on the same lan." The support also refered to this setting and its strange that it have to be made on each game.
