Games in common between a groups of friends

I was talking to 2 of my steam friends, searching for something to play, but we didn't know which games we had in common. Sorry if this feature already exists and i couldn't find it, but if it doesn't, it would be nice to be able to make a group chat that shows you what games that group can play together. It is kind of bad to have to pass through all my library in order to find common games :)

You can do that for each friend by going to their profile > Games > All games > Check "Games in common". The only vanilla solution would be to open two windows (one per friend), do this for both of them, and comparing those two windows for matches.

This feature would be nice, though. I recall a 3rd party site which does just that in the meantime, but it sadly slipped through my mind.

Each store page states which of your friends owns that game.

yeah there are ways to see what games you have in common between each friend such as going to a store page and seeing what friends own that certain game

I didn't know some of those tools existed, good to know, thanks :) but i was looking for something like a way to see the list of games that me and 2 of my friends own, i think it would be a nice feature. We had to take some time to think about the list of games that we could play all together.

Anyone know if there is a way to send a suggestion to steam?

I still think a more user-friendly option would be best, it should be supported directly from your Friends List. Something like: Friends List > Find Game > [checkbox specific friends, checkbox include offline] > List of Games [checkbox include games that 1-X player(s) is(are) missing if the game is on sale/under $5/10/in Inventory]
Maybe even have a way to alert you when you are offline (via Steam app or text) if your friend is looking to play a game you own.
