Unlikely. The system is already bursting at its seams and fighting API abuse as well as API overload by rate limiting.

Your suggestion would add more load to the system at hand and make the situation worse.

If you go to the badge page for a game, you can list all the cards you have for that game on the market at the same time.

Per game you can click on the card, click View Badge Progress, and then sell all the cards for that game on one button press. At least for the cards. Skins I know nothing about.

If you don't need cards for badge crafting, the easiest way to get rid of them are to either sell them on the marketplace or turn them into gems. If you go to the badge progress for the game you can click "Sell these cards on the Market" to bulk list them all of them. You might still have to confirm with the app, but it is still a relatively quick way to get rid of them.
