5g mobile Sim card input
Use bluestacks as an android device and make it were it can use the sim card that's installed into the steam deck and use it with bluestacks its a way to use steam deck as a mobile phone android device and the sim card compatibility is unlocked for any service the sim card is on so it would make it a cell phone too kinda like the ps vita

I don't really know why will you want a huge phone like the Steam Deck its not a small device, its a brick :D:

Beside that as much as I know Bluestacks dose not have a version for Linux that is what Steam Deck is running
There other software for Linux that support Android, and that you can install, I am also guessing there is some way to connect a USB to a sim card if you need that
But over all the entire thing just sounds like hops and rounds that become more mess then its worth
