Punishments for those who toe the line of the rules

As it stands now, you can only be punished for overtly breaking the rules, but as long as you cleverly don't break any rules, you're allowed to be as condescending, snide, and rude as you want to be. There are people who know where the line of the rules is and toes the line to bait out people to get banned. I propose that if someone gets punished because of someone doing this, the person doing this shares the same exact punishment. It would either clean up the forums or just get those ban numbers up, but it's better than doing nothing.

its just shoddy moderation and support acting out to encourage negative posting so they can viciously attack people for no reason, you will notice that a majority of the people making snide rude and tow the line comments have extremely long posting histories that support steams narrow narrative and some of its questionable bad choices.

these people are over all anti social individuals which is all steam seems to want to hire, they aren't even friendly and most can't do the job right, they seek to harass and attack the real forum users for the sake of punishing individuals to make themselves feel better about the lack luster lives they live.

don't let it bother you, they are harmless flies that gather on the crap that steam shovels to all of us.

Edit: Also, I find it funny that responsibility is gets shifted to someone else and blame others for ending up banned. "It's not my fault I broke the rules, it's them!" Like honestly, got nothing to say or cannot phrase it in a way that doesn't break the rules, don't post it. Or turn the computer off and walk away.

"tow" that telsa outta steams parking lot, i am sure the battery being dead and unable to hold a charge it why it wont start, most likely the same reason is true about the steam deck. personally i don't care if steam wants to mingle with its users.

I personally hope that steam isn't wasting its employee's time on the forum, justification of steams practices is sketchy at best. Ironic when topics hit home to certain users they find it ironic

You're just going to have to manage your own behavior rather than trying to control the behavior of others and handcuff them so they can't possibly say anything that upsets you.
