Don't review the base game for the DLC. You review the DLC separately.
I'm sure they did. I'm also sure they weren't unconstructive in their review either.
But here's the beauty of it: If you don't approve of the practice, you are free to disable the filter and see an aggregate that reflects all reviews including review bombs. Everybody wins!
I don't believe you have. Having said that, an individual review deleted for being off-topic will not have an effect on a game's aggregate.
This thread is talking about the problem with the current system and suggestions on how we can improve it.
Review bombing is the only times reviews are acted on en masse. Claiming individual reviews deemed off-topic as "mass deletion" is entirely inaccurate.
