This is not t an argument. For example, previously it was possible to completely delete the game from account through Steam support and you would have to buy it again, and not restore it, as now. And this is a much more serious situatuion than badges. Plus, Valve informs us himself that we are fully responsible for our accounts. Therefore, it isn't necessary to make scammers the cause of all problems.
