Plea for Feature: Blocking of Threads / Topics

Currently I'm playing Starfield. A just released AAA game...

And when looking for advice or content discussion... ..the Steam Starfield-forum's has a signal-to-noise ratio in the low single digit percents. And that means the number threads in the forum.

95+% is Console wars, trolling,- political, anti-Microsoft, anti-Bethesda, GPU-bragging,,... ...yadda yadda. On weeekends I often saw only two or three Starfield-content and gameplay among the freshest 50 list... ...and screening all those topic headers for these meaningful bit is quite annoying.

So it would improve my as well as many others' forum experience if there were an option to block entire threads from view.

And game fourms same thing as steam fourms. As I commented in post 3

Game developers decide if they want to remove those topics not valve. If they opt out of support

Bethesda I don't think even checks their forums not alot of developers do as they aren't required to.

Which makes all that noise even more irrelevant, If the nois were like half the posts... ...fine with me. But that current level is beyond pale.

I have spent no small amount of time reporting people at the Starfield forum to try to get it cleaned up and it is quite clear several rules that apply in other forums simply do not apply to Starfield. I can report dozens of posts that were clear mod action posted outside of Starfield but nothing happens to reports I make there.
