Sexual Content works for its intended purpose as a filter, but perhaps another filter for games that have the rating of "Adults Only" (Which is effectively porno games) is a feasible idea.
That will not fix the problem. The idea is not that hard no understand: there are games that maybe have some sexual content as part of theirs story. The Witcher 3 is an example. But there are others games which the only purpose of the game is to show literal porn.
Because right now we only use one tag (Sexual Content) if you don't want all those porn games infesting your store page, you have to sacrifice other games (the Witcher 3 in this example).
I don't have a problem with drugs or violence in a game either, which are 18+ topics too.
That's all. I don't have a problem with sex in general, just with those "porn" games which I'm not interested.
I don't want to star a big philosophical discussion here, tho. It's just a practical issue.
Thanks
You don’t want to discuss the philosophy behind the difference — but I’m not confident it’ll be workable if the standard is merely “I know it when I see’t.”
There’s something, at least.
You picking up what I'm putting down?
It's not that it's a bad idea, it's that people will inevitably use it in ways that will directly compromise its practical benefits.
Yep, this.

Uncheck "Adult Only Sexual Content" and games labeled as "Adult Only" will no longer show. This is off by default and must be turned on to view such content.
Games like The Witcher 3 fall under "Nudity or Sexual Content" and will not be effected.
Already done in the above preferences.
Didn't know that. That's great. Thanks.
The ESRB rating is only require to sell in physical stores. Even then, I don't think it's a legal requirement but stores just refusing to sell games not rated.
What's funny, they have no power period. They only rate games. They don't do anything else with them.
