Name me one good reason to store >10< former nicknames
I see none, other than the potential for doxing ofcourse.

I get that if someone changes his name, friends get confused and want to know what they were formerly known as. But storing 10 nicknames? Also, there's aliases for that.

I suggest that we limit the former nickname history to 1.

For starters, to help if you're searching for someone you saw in a game. What happens if they changed their nick once or twice? OOP you get zero results.
i am an advocate for more online privacy

however i see for now how past former names keeps tracks/records of people who have been jerks or trolls, scammers and or cheats with vac bans hiding under false aliases it serves a legitimate purpose

on lighter note Rascal's hilarious fomer revealing name's is also why lol

This took me 5 minutes of research.

If I look at his profile, he only has one former name, which looks absolutely no different to the one he has now. So since there seems to be no difference in displaying one or ten, why not just leave it at ten?
Enough about my nickname and my personal information already.

My sister is missing. Please be more sensitive and cut me some slack.

Use someone else as an example; I'm stubbornly grieving here for crying out loud. :MEATYTEARS: :SADCYCLOPS: :SADPANDA:
