I don't think there are many who would pay 10, 20 or 50 euros for unknown quality of games. basically you buying a blind bundle without knowing whats actually in it.
I know I for sure wouldn't. I like knowing what I am getting for my money before I spend my money. I won't even do the 12 dollar USD monthly bundle from humble bundle cause most of the stuff in the bundle I don't want, in most cases there is nothing in the bundle but at least in that case I can actually just sell off what I don't want.
I doubt it would be the same way for a Valve bundle, so you will more then likely end up with stuff you don't want on your steam account, and not sitting in your inventory.
Also what happens when you already own the game, do they put the game in your inventory? Do you just lose it? If they put it in your inventory, people are going to be really ticked off cause they are going to start wanting other bundles on steam to do the same which the developers don't want. If people just lose it, well that will tick off those people.
So no this is just a bad idea, too many issues for steam.
Maybe I am just an odd one since I don't really mind which games I get. I love games and would love to try a new surprising title every day. Titles I probably wouldn't purchase individually.
