Replace Big Picture with the Steam Deck UI.

It would be awesome if Valve finally made available to everyone the Steam Deck's UI in replacement on the Big Picture UI we currently have.

It's technically already possible to use using command-line arguments in the regular Steam client, so it would be great if Valve made it available to everyone without the need to use them. Thanks Valve.

It's not just a command (simplified a bit the procedure to make the post shorted), but the procedure is here.

I know they did state that it's coming. I'm just tired of always waiting the infamous "Valve Time", I guess I could remind them. :)
