I don't understand your suggestion.
There are flags associated with the country in the settings. Once you select a country, it will display the flag that is in the database on your profile.

I mean, you can see the flag only after set it up on profile, so for example, someone is trying to see some nice flags but cant, because need to switch it on profile everytime when want to check how the flag looks like

No, you should only see the flag after a person has selected it because of privacy issues, some people might not want to show where they are from.
