Does that make me a pirate?
That's ridiculous, he didn't bring up anything with utorrent, he made a brilliant comparison while you're assuming, no accusing him of piracy? He didn't even mention he is using the program, and if so it's none of your business. Keep the prejudges and hypocrisy for yourself :)
It was needless to bring up the program since it has no relevance to the conversation or the suggestion. As for "didnt mention he is using the program", did you miss this?:
Ask yourself how one would know if they didn't use it. Seems the only one trying to make it personal and drag it away from the topic further is yourself. I already mentioned they should troubleshoot & resolve issues, rather than wanting the client to work around their problems.
I have the same download speed on ALL PC clients so your claim that Steam is worse than 2015 is incorrect.
Secondly unless you somehow managed to time travel your account is 4+ years old meaning it was created in 2017.
You're probably acting clueless on purpose but I'll break it down for you anyways. He utilized a highly effective figure of speech, which puts emphasis on his original statement regarding the technical differences between 32 and 64 bit, and that had absolutely no implications to piracy or whatsoever. It doesn't even matter if his claims are true (is utorrent unstable or not?), he made a very clear comparison, which was so easy to understand that probably my 5 years old son (who doesn't even know what the heck utorrent is) would get it.
Your last line of post #3 is unnecessary, personal and pure bait. You started it.
While Mr. Gentlebot and I have some big differences in opinions on things, he is correct in this instance.
No one can ever claim utorrent is more stable without actually using it.
Whether for good or bad.
I have used Utorrent before in the past. I totally would not download a car though, as the commercial goes. :P
Seriously, there is no need to fight here.
As I explained 64 bit isn't anything to do with that. That's not how coding works at all.
who said i pirate stuff? utorrent can be used to download other stuff. not just cracked games. [/quote]
Amazing you had to give an example.
You mean like Nexus's paywall to download at more than 2MB/sec?
Kind of like how popup ads were a thing and annoying back in the day.
Also, older versions of Utorrent don't have that cryptominer wildness, although you have to actually choose to install that.
Nexus's download speed isn't horrendous.
Not sure why bringing that up here works.
