Still, if you install on an external drive and then unplug it, steam will stuck with no storage place...
So i've got an external USB SSD for big and rarely-used games. I've installed the game there directly and next time launched steam without this drive attached. Tried to install a new game and that's what i've seen: https://pasteboard.co/JXgwrzD.png

Please fix this already, why did you forgot that i've got steam library on C:\?

External Hard Drives
