And to respond to Unexpected; the fluidity of the market shouldn't matter. A user would be wishlisting an item and not a particular seller's listing. For example I would wishlist a Deagle Printscreen from CSGO, and the price would just be a reflection of the current lowest ask price which would update as new listings become the lowest.
I actually have a text document that has all the CS skins that I want along with the current price and combined price of all the skins, but I don't even try to keep the prices up-to-date and this would not only keep it in a nice list, but I could make multiple wishlists for different themes and such - all kept up-to-date automatically!
I'm not that sure about the real-time price update tho.
