I honestly will like to do something like this as well, even that I think it can be a problem if someone sends you stuff and then dose a chargeback as you cant know if you should or should not take it, if you can trust the user that send it to you
I mean the logical normal thing would be the hospital or PD making the call and not some stranger wasting time calling you from the 7/11 instead of 911.

Another fair point, but couldn't people do that anyway, just minus the hidden name? (However, if someone blocked me I doubt I'd want to buy them a game anyway)
