It is very inconvenient and often difficult to read foreign language text on various pages and sections of Steam.
I am a Russian user.

That you cannot just commercially use another company's product.
Free for personal use doesn't mean free for each and everyone.

Then best is to create own translator, that's no doubt about it.

If you had bothered to use the search feature you would have discovered that this has been discussed to death already and why this is more then likely never going to happen.

Short version, Valve can't even get a dictionary feature to work right, what makes you think they could make a translation service with 100+ different languages? Google who is dedicated to information tech can't even get translators to work right all the time and they can dedicated 10 times the amount of people to that one project than Valve has people total.

Steam support is for Account and Billing issues only. They don't take suggestions for stuff, they will just blow you off with a message that you should post it here.

Guys, don't panic!
I wrote a letter with a detailed description in all smallest details of the current situation, and they promised me that would study this issue in the most thorough way.
Based on results of this research, I will be informed about the decision.
