Use a custom infobox showcase
Plus if propperly used name and country are enough to narrow down the gender of someone - most of the time even the name alone

Some examples:
Alexander from Ameirca
Stefan from Switzerland
Maria from Spain
Or in my case Florian from Germany
And so on and so forth

In fact if Steam is taken down nothing of value would be lost either since everything on here is virutal so why even bothering with Steam at all? Guess thats a hit for the "Delete my account" button, amirite?
