The new steamhappy emoticon doesn't look happy

This emoticon. What you see here is the old version. But if you hover over it with your mouse, you should see the new version. The new version is operational in the Chat as well.

It doesn't even look happy. I'm not a fan of the other 4 free emoticon changes, but at least they still look like what they're supposed to represent.

Also I never understood why we get to use the tiny version of them when the bigger preview one is usually way better. Sure they're more than a line high but I always felt we miss so much detail with the tiny emotes.
