Report a translation problem
Seeing as you were able to write this post in perfectly acceptable English I would personally recommend that you do the same, since I don't think that using a translated client has any considerable benefit other than to become an eyesore in some cases if you are conscious enough.
Some people are just born and raised without being taught English, which is really the only time when I would personally recommend translating the client into what you are otherwise able to understand. Unless you feel that you are depending on it, of course.
Otherwise you can try consulting the Steam Translation Server, though I am not sure if they are responsible for this level of translation or not:
