And generally it's no big issue running older games on newer systems, including Windows 10.
Haven't found a title yet that does not work on mine. Including games from before 2000.
That's their statement, it wont change. Also Most older games run on windows 7 and above with minimal issue.

You know Windows 7 runs older games just fine right? SOmetimes better than xp.
You're on a user forum, you won't get a manager here. Or at least not one from Valve.
Though strangely the easiest fix is to install windows 3.11 in dosbox and play it that way.
And no, Windows 3.11 games won't work on DOSBox, unless they have a DOS version as well.
That's not what Start is saying. Start is saying to install Win 3.11 in Dosbox and then play the games. Which is a known way to play Win 3.11 games.
Did you uninstall windows 10?
