There is really no need for an adult tag (nudity and sexual content is enough with a hand full other others), you can already set it up to not see those type of games in the preferences.

And you can flag those tags if they were wrongfully added to titles.

This is completely pointless because tags are posted by users, they are very often completely wrong.

I've seen lots of games with tags of sex, nudity etc that don't have it. DoA6 for example.

I said DoA6 has the tags of sex and nudity assigned to it and it has neither of these things in the GAME, which shows the tags are useless.
