I have an idea or suggestion for download Region server. i see there is all countries server there.
Would you add a server for Iran there? I means in steam/settings/downloads/download region.

I don't know about you guys but I'm from Iran and using steam and I don't saw steam sanctions Iranian Users so why you all guys connect this problem to relationships Between USA and Iran.

Because Steam is run by Valve, a US company.
Pretty much every company in the US is forbidden to have business relations with Iran and a couple of other countries and even foreign businesses are under a lot of scrutiny in the US.

You can still buy stuff as they do not impose a ban on Iranian IPs. But you will never see any official recognition of having Iranian customers.
