PLEASE STOP putting coupons into my inventory!

I truly dislike that someone is able to add things to my account. There needs to be a way to combat this. Either an option to outright block it or at the very least a way delete them. It would be nice if they were to need my permission to do it, ie: ⬜ Allow coupons. Default unchecked.

This has been ****ing me off for years. I don't care about them taking up inventory space, it's purely the notification icon that drives me mad. It should only light up for legitimate things not junk mail.

All so I can get a 30% coupon for a game I'd never have any interest in and pops up every sale for 60% off anyway. Steam should just let us opt out or have coupons as some sort of front page advertisement.
