It's a suggestion in general, this music kit could be used in any game. I'm not asking about a game suggestion, neither about trade suggestions and that. Neither a game addition, it's a music kit, an item for inventory. I don't think I'm violating any rules for his section am I?

Unfortunately I don’t understand what you mean by music kit, never heard the term before.

That aside I foresee the issues of copyright. Unless valve can get the rights to use the music this wouldn’t be possible.

Chances of that happening are pretty small. Nick Cave is a pretty famous songwriter and this song is one of his best known works. It gets licensed quite often for soundtracks or commercials, so there probably won't be a 'use it wherever you want' license like you propose anytime soon.

B. Open the Steam overlay, and use the Steam browser to listen to your music from YouTube, or etc...

C. Run your own music player in the background playing your music files.

D. Open your own browser of choice in the background, and listen to your music from YouTube, or etc...
