The client is probably only designed to display 2 significant digits in the Rare Achievements showcase and anything less that 0.01% will be rounded up to diplay 0.01%.

Astats isn't representative in any way. I will only account for people tracked by them.

ok - forget Astats - but Steam says the same for all achievements in some games. the first ones are displayed in the 0.01 area. But they are in midfield

The smallest number that is displayed on the global achievement list is 0.1%. Odds are that Steam uses that number for sorting instead of the actual non-rounded value. And when this number is tied, Steam sorts them some other way and doesn't look at the actual non-rounded number to break this.

It worked normally with 0.001% until the day.
At the Steam with an update removed all demo games
