Steam Direct is $100 per game, not per company so there is no reason a single person couldn't release 500 asset flip games with 500 different company names which would render ineffective the blocking you are requesting (and I guarantee would happen day 1 if Valve made this change).
So what you need to solve is how do you see the games you want, rather than just randomly assigned games.
If you check out the new Upcoming page they have changed it to much better reflect what you are likely to want. You can help seed it by following developer and publisher pages of games you like. Voila you should in there see much less games you won't like. Wishlist those you are interested in and you will get emailed on release and on sales.
No need to ever visit the discovery queue again except for sales cards.
