Accounts are non-transferrable.

I missed nothing as you should read this...

Section 1-C...

Your Account, including any information pertaining to it (e.g.: contact information, billing information, Account history and Subscriptions, etc.), is strictly personal. You may therefore not sell or charge others for the right to use your Account, or otherwise transfer your Account, nor may you sell, charge others for the right to use, or transfer any Subscriptions other than if and as expressly permitted by this Agreement (including any Subscription Terms or Rules of Use) or as otherwise specifically permitted by Valve.

The reason why you want to do that is more important than the suggestion itself as it is against the Steam Subscriber Agreement to do so. If you omitted that, I would never have brought it up.

Notifications go away automatically after a month. Just wait it out. Not that big of a deal really.

30days
Its long
Why not just make her own account as it's free for anyone 13+?

It clearly states that you can't even transfer ownership over to someone else.

Either that or get a new account for the user.

The second option is what you should do.
