Age Verification is getting ridiculous. Even asking for "E" rated games.

I'm browsing my discovery queue, it goes to "Secret of Mana," and asks for my age again! Now, at first I thought "maybe there is something crazy in this game," NOPE! It's rated "E" for "Everyone." Yet you are asking a 30 year old man to verify his age to go to it's store page!

Did it change the rating for the game? Is the game still rated "E for Everyone?" Yes, it is, therefore, whatever nonsense there is, isn't important. The game is still rated exactly the same and available to all ages due to it. Age verification does not somehow CHANGE this.

Square Enix are the ones who set the age gate to be on for all of the games they published no matter what the rating of the game is so go moan at them to fix it.

I can confirm it is set for an age gate and its not the only square enix game that is but this guy doesn't want to accept anyone but steam is to blame for it.
