and seeing the kind of crap people spam in the artwork session this is exactly what would happen

Would be so abused. Just look at the GIFs people upload as artwork... If it was up to me even that wouldn't be enabled.

You can already tell this is a bad idea from other forums that do this as I see "A LOT" of trashy gifs and already bad enough with all the porn/trash that people upload we don't need another source.
