You could pin said comment and let it be known that he/she actually did admit defeat.
See what I mean?
Pro players don't do things like this... They try to limit their interactions on Steam to minimum with people they don't know becuse of fans and such... People would pin up "reps" as Comissar said above or just pin comments made by fake impersonators
Even if they do just pin reps and so on, it's their choice, really. I'm sure people that take things more seriously would have better use for it.
Some comments are better off deleted — whereas others deserve to be pinned.
It's not too much to ask for.
