How do I battle MONOCULOUS! ?

Ok, so I have 9 other bots with me in the map Viaduct (Event), and i'm trying to give MONOCULOUS! enough time to spawn, but he is not spawning.

Am I missing something? (ex: needs to be players, not bots, or needs to be during Halloween)

If anyone knows if there is one, could they give me the command to instantly spawn MONOCULOUS! ?

Well, originally Monoculus was a haloween boss who spawned on koth_viaduct_event(or something like that) and the map was called "Eyeaduct". he only spawned during haloween. Now there are achievement servers that combine a God mode plugin(u cant be killed) and a spawn of Mon oculus every few minutes and the Horseless Headless Horsemann immediately after his death. pretty much all of the achievement servers have a place whre HHH spawns. Mono is less common, but available. Hope this was helpful

The console command to spawn MONOCULUS is:

ent_create eyeball_boss

However, you need cheats on to use the command, so if you're going for achievements, you're pretty much going to have to wait until the halloween update hits.

Go make your own server, add bots, and then type in the console "sv_cheats 1", and, when set up is done, spawn Monoculus in the sky by doing this. "ent_create eyeball_boss".

Have fun after that.

He only spawns legitimately is there are enough players, bots don't count.

MONOCULOUS! only spawns during halloween events, so you'll have to wait for October to come around.
Some trade servers can summon him though, so try looking for any servers that can summon Demoman's missing eye.
